We're a family-run, small business through and through — no investors, no call centers, no corporate chain to answer to. Just a family that has spent years building in Los Angeles and decided to do it the right way: one customer at a time.

We started out doing full construction — additions, remodels, permitted build-outs. Every week the phone rang with something small. A dead outlet. A gate that wouldn't latch. A dishwasher sitting in a box. Most construction outfits don't call those people back — the job is too small to schedule around a framing crew. So homeowners sat on a list of small problems for a year.

We couldn't stand that, so we built a second crew around exactly those jobs. Same license, same insurance, same standards — just sized for a two-hour visit. Now we do both: the EV charger on Tuesday, the ADU foundation on Wednesday.

And we made ourselves one promise: customer service isn't a department, it's the whole reason we're in business. We answer our own phone. We show up when we say we will. And we don't leave until you're happy with the work — because your name and your neighborhood are on the line when we're done. That's how a small family business earns the right to call itself a pro.
