Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of lahomepro.com and to work performed by Los Angeles Home Pros, Handyman & Construction. By booking a job or using this site, you agree to them.

Booking requests

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A job is scheduled only after we confirm the date and arrival window by text, email, or phone. Arrival windows are estimates; traffic, permits, and prior jobs can shift them, and we will notify you if a window changes.

Estimates and pricing

• Handyman visits are billed at our published service-call rate, which includes the first hour of work; additional time is billed hourly. See Pricing.
• Larger or specialty jobs are quoted individually after a walkthrough. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices shown on the site are typical ranges, not binding offers. Hidden damage, code issues, permit requirements, or added scope may change the final price — we will tell you before doing that work.

Access, site conditions, and materials

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, functioning utilities, and authority to approve the work (owner or authorized agent). Materials supplied by the customer are installed at your risk and are not covered by our workmanship warranty.

Payment and cancellations

Payment is due on completion unless a written schedule says otherwise. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your window; missed appointments or lockouts may be charged a trip fee.

Workmanship warranty

We stand behind our labor. If our workmanship fails within the warranty period stated on your invoice, we will return and correct it at no labor charge. Manufacturer warranties govern parts and equipment. The warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, weather or pest damage, pre-existing conditions, and work altered by others.

Licensing and insurance

Work is performed by licensed and insured trade professionals. Permits are pulled where required; permit fees and inspection costs are passed through unless the quote states otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by California law, our total liability arising out of any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Website content

Site content, photos, and marks are owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied for commercial use. Blog posts and comments are informational and are not a substitute for a professional on-site assessment. We may remove comments that are abusive, unlawful, or spam.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County.
