Straight labor rate for every hour past the first, billed in 30-minute increments. You approve the extra time before we keep going.

You approve overtime before it happens
If a job is running past the first hour, we tell you what's left and what it costs. Nothing past hour one gets billed without your yes.
Multiple jobs, one visit
Give us the whole list. Two or three small jobs often land inside the same paid hour, which is the cheapest way to use us.
Parts at cost, receipt attached
We don't mark up materials. If we pick up a faucet or a box of hardware, the receipt goes on the invoice as-is.
If it's not done right, we come back. No charge.
One year on labor for repairs and installations. You walk the work before we leave, and if something we touched fails inside that year we fix it on us.
